Yum! I also added carrot and capsicum, chopped it in the bowl (3 sec, sp 5) and sautéed for an extra 3 min before adding mince. Also didn't add chilli for the kids. The adults just stirred chilli sauce into their own mix. So delicious. Thank you!

Delicious! Was a little wary of cooking the mince in the thermie but it turned out really well. I added half of the San choy bau packet mix that came with the mince. Would love to double the recipe next time so we can have left overs! Thanks for sharing, this will be a regular in our house.

    What a great recipe.
I will be making this again.
I used turkey mince and wrapped the lettuce leaf around to make a small parcel.

Superb flavour easy to make......but so messy to eat. Would make a great filling for use in cold rolls or spring rolls. Definitely making again.

This is a great, quick dinner recipe. I served it with some Jasmine rice in the base of the lettuce cups and garnished with coriander and lime wedges. Very tasty!
