- 2 kg singkong
2 keping ragi tape
Cara Membuat:
Kupas singkong dan cuci bersih, potong-potong sesuai selera.
Kukus singkong hingga matang. Biarkan hingga benar-benar dingin.
Tumbuk ragi tape hingga halus.
Pindahkan dan tata singkong di wadah plastik yang memiliki penutup. Taburi dengan ragi hingga merata dan tutup wadah.
Simpan di dalam lemari makan yang gelap dan suhu ruangan. Diamkan selama 2-3 hari. Tape sudah siap dinikmati.
