I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

  1. into bowl - polenta, water, salt, herbs, garlic
    cook - 25mins, sp3, 100C
  2. add cheese
stir - sp5, 5-10 secs till evenly mixed through
  3. line two pizza trays with OILED baking paper
spread half mixure on each (used an oiled spatula)
    get as thin as possible
set aside (or fridge) til firm
  4. add toppings of choice
cook in super hot (220C) oven until cooked and firm (depends on how thick your bases are)
  5. once browned and cooked, remove from oven
wait till a bit cooler (helps it set more)
    cut and serve

Tip

make the bases ahead so they can set before cooking (about 1/2-1hr)

my bases can be crispy around the edge, but softer in the middle, but I still pick them up to eat them
if you make them thicker, you may need an eating utensil

needs tweaking with the water ratio but i will try with hot water to begin and see if this makes a difference as i do prefer a crispy base

    thank you Wink
