Pre-heat oven to 160C. Grease the base and sides of a flat tin or flan dish.
Spread breadcrumbs evenly over the base of the dish.
Once mix is in the dish, top with tomato slices and bake in oven for 45min.
grate 80g parmaean cheese 10sec/ speed9, grate 80g cheddar cheese 5sec/ speed5, set aside, clean bowl.
grate frozen or gone hard nice bread, about the size of 1-2 bread rolls, for 20-30 sec/ speed5, set aside.
chop 1 garlic and 1 small onion 3sec/ speed9
add and roughly chop 4-5 zucchini 1-2times/ 1sec/ /turbo
add 4 eggs, 250ml cream, 30g self-raising flour, 80g crumbed feta cheese and mix 30sec/ speed3
season the breadcrumbs in the dish with cracked salt and pepper, spoon mixture gently over the breadcrumbs, top with slices of tomato
bake in oven for 45min.
Serve with a fresh salad.
