- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 120 grams EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), (2/3 cup)
- 75 grams Balsamic Vinegar., (4 tblsp)
- 20 grams red wine vinegar, (1 tblsp)
- 30 grams lemon juice, (approx 1 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon honey

Scrape down bowl
Add remaining ingredients and blend 10sec Speed 5
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Tip
Red wine vinegar can be omitted. Simply increase the amount of balsamic vinegar to 95g.EVOO can be substitued for another oil of choice

saved the day I only had a dreg in the bottom of the bottle, so was happy to find this recipe. I replaced the balsamic with red wine as I had only a small amount. I guess I wouldn't want to buy balsamic to make balsamic. It tastes great thanks for sharing
This is a great recipe, however next time I will make double. We go through alot of this in our house
