I used Rice Malt Syrup as the sugar alternative and used 400g of raspberries and 100g blueberries. YUM!!
Easy, Healthy, everyone loves it - Thanks muchly
Awesome recipe, I didnt have enough raspberries so i used half Raspberries half blueberries and this turned out great! The blueberries helped tonne down the tang from the raspberries too
First time making jam and turned out great. Kids like it as I never let them have the shop stuff before so don't really know how sweet it can be trying it with apricots today
Great recipe. Used honey as an alternative sweetener. Have made twice now with different fruits.
Thanks, this has become our regular jam.
Very easy to make and a healthy version of convential jams. I used frozen mixed berry's with the 1 tablespoon of honey, the kids find it a bit bitter - not sure if it's just the fruit but will definately make again with 2 tablespoon of honey. Thanks for the recipe
