- 400 grams dried apricots
- 350 grams water
- 250 grams sugar
- 100 grams lemon juice

Place apricots and water into TM bowl and cook 10min / 100degrees / speed 1
Add remaining ingredients and cook 20min / 90 degrees / reverse speed 1
Pour into hot sterilised jars and cool.
if you would like it a little less thick, add extra lemon joice after cooking and testing the set. But then cook it for a further 5 minutes.

So easy! I used jamming sugar and little less water to make thickerv& preserve longer. Bought some Aussie grown dried apricots & was so full of flavour. Lovely jam, made for Xmas gifts!
