- 1 chilli
- 4 sprigs fresh coriander
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- 4 sprigs large handful fresh Italian parsley
- 1 tsp cumin ground
- freshly ground black pepper & sea salt, to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 120 g extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice only

Place garlic, eschalots, chilli and fresh herbs into mixing bowl and chop 4 secs/speed 6.
Add remaining ingredients and press briefly 2 times/1 sec/"Closed lid" /Turbo,
Serve immediately or keep in airtight container in the fridge to use as a marinade or base for grilled meats or seafood.
