I have used to make homemade garlic bread and I had some rolls so I toasted the rolls put the butter on them, then melted cheese on them! YUM!
For the LCHF'ers it would be yum mixed in with your veggies or cooking your food in.
Would be nice for a garlic butter for your steak also.
So I thought I would add this easy recipe to the blog
This recipe can be halved if you only need a little amount but this was enough for homemade kievs and a couple of days worth of cheesy garlic rolls.
It will only last a few days in the fridge due to the fresh garlic (possible botulism concerns).
