Recipe's preparation

    Thermomix Part
  1. In your thermomix add berries and water.

Turn on for 5 minutes 100 degrees speed 1 and simmer until berries are softened.

Blitz for 15 seconds speed 8 MC on.

Take off lid and add geletine to berries. Be careful not to get it on the blades.

Mix for 15 seconds and slowly work your way to speed 5 until incorporated.

    Non Thermomix Part

Tip into small pouring jug and let cool on bench until it is just warm about 15 mins (dont refreidgerate).

Test warmth and make sure it isnt too hot. If just warm to touch add in yoghurt and doTERRA PB Assist Sachets and stir with a spoon.

I spray the moulds with coconut oil spray so the gummies come out easier.

Refridgerate for 30-60 mins. Pop out of moulds and keep in airtight container in the fridge. Should last for over a week but my kids have always eaten them by then.

Awesome healthy treat for the kids lunchboxes. Great for their gut health.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
