Put all ingredients in the Thermomix. Blend on speed 7 for 5-10 seconds. Check flavours and add more lime or chilli if required. If you prefer a smoother hummus, srape down the sides of bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of water and blend for a further 5-10 seconds until the desired consistency is reached.

This is now my new favourite dip!!! And so easy
"Closed lid"
Tastes great and so quick and easy to make. It's become one of my favourites for 'bring a plate to share' events.
I detest the taste of fresh coriander so omitted this from the recipe but the hummus was still soooo delicious
A nice twist to the usual Hummas, a hint of sweet chilli flavour and lime juice, very nice.
