Wonderful sauce, easy ,great taste, made double for two large lobsters,
thanks
Great recipe, I added some white wine and prepared mustard with the cheese and milk. Lovely with scallops.
So yummy! Literally the best Mornay sauce I've ever made, and so simple and quick.
I did add some Feta cheese to it - about 60g.
I used homemade fish stock and powdered milk along with onion and garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf. Continue with rest of recipe.
Tasted delicious - poured over fish in pie ( cooked in pie maker).
This is my go to recipe, with a few tweaks, for a Tuna Mornay casserole. Very tasty!
We used it for oysters - sprinkled a little extra cheese on top and popped them under the grill - perfect! Very easy to follow for a newbie too (had my thermy for just over a week) - thanks
This mornay is fantastic and a real favourite in our house!
I do use about half an onoin and use parmesan cheese.
Thank you so much for a great easy no fail recipe!
Great recipe - i chopped and sautee the onion instad but everything else kept the sme and it worked a treat! Thank you
step one has been removed so that should clear up any confusion
have tried to get step one removed but no matter how many times i edit the recipe that step stays. not very confusing if you actually read the entire recipe,it shouldnt be to hard to work out that it was repeated. will fix the recipe as soon as the mods get back to me about why i cant change the method
