- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- .25 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- .25 tsp corriander ground
- 25 g Evoo

Roast pumpkin in oven - allow to cool
Add Parmasen, Garlic and cashews to bowl and mix on speed 9 for 5 seconds
Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4 or until combined to your liking

Tip
Really nice however next time i might add some capsicum for a bit more color
