Tip
This dish can easily be portioned up and stored in an air tight container.
Great for detoxifying your body.
Adding the carrots to your bowl first can aid in makeing the chopping more uniform. However ensure you do not put in large pieces that can potentially lodge themselves on your mixing blades.

This is absolutely delicious and so quick and easy to make.
Very delicious and such a refreshing salad Fabulous BBQ side dish.
Beautiful salad this is saved to my favourites!
This is so yummy and a bonus as it is healthy too. I have substituted many different veggies in when I don't have the right ones and it always turns out great. I recommend chopping the harder veggies first and putting them aside before doing the softer ones, much better overrall result
Really yummy! Made for a nice Fresh change from coleslaw with our BBQ tonight. Would be a great lunch also.
This is a really lovely salad. Had it for dinner last night with a bbq chook. Very easy for the nights you don't feel like cooking but don't want takeaway either.
I cannot believe this salad has been here for 3 years and I only discovered it yesterday! I made it today and it was a hit! thanks so much for sharing. I might try some variations next time...
Cheers for a great 2018 full of delicious recipes
Love this recipe! I usually make without cauliflower but love it either way.
Quick and delicious salad! Easy to vary if you don't quite have everything! I often just use sultanas as I rarely have cranberries.
