I added more spinach and put it in a dish covered with parmesan and put it in the oven for ten minutes to melt the cheese. very tasty
This is probably the most delicious way to eat silverbeet. I sprinkle it with toasted pine nuts before serving
Very tasty
Easy recipe I added more than a handful of spinach which seemed to work out OK and added ground nutmeg which gives a nice flavour.
I haven't had creamed spinach in years! I cannot wait to try this!!
I love this recipe and often have creamed spinach with eggs for breakfast. I use a whole bunch of spinach which always seems like it's not going to fit but once the steaming starts it shrinks down.
Enjoyed 2 times now. Did add bit more water. A winner!
Added 2 cloves of garlic and some sour cream, delicious!
Did you use the same weight of frozen spinach that the recipe calls for? I'd be inclined to use frozen just because I a,ways have some in my freezer.
Yay am glad someone has posted this recipe here, been wanting to try the Chicken and Spinach curry from theFast and Easy Indian book and haven't got the fast and easy cooking book....thanks!
