Ingredients

Fodmap cheese and rosemary polenta fingers

  • 40 grams Parmesan cheese, Crust removed cut in 3 cm pieces
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, Leafs only
  • 6 sprigs flat-leaf parsley, Leafs only
  • 750 grams water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable stock paste, Page 62 basic cookbook
  • 170 grams Instant Polenta
  • 30 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1) add parmesan cheese in bowl, grate 10 sec/speed 9

    Transfer into bowl set aside

    2) add rosemary and parsley to bowl chop 6sec/speed 7

    Transfer into bowl and set aside

    3) place water, vegetable stock paste into bowl and heat 7mins/100c/speed 1

    4) add polenta into bowl and cook 9mins/100c/speed 4

    5) add butter, half cheese and rosemary/parsley stir

    10sec/speed 6/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" .

    6) pour into 25cm x 15cm baking tray, allow to cool then place into refrigerator for 1 hour.

    7) pre heat oven to 180 c and line baking tray with baking paper

    tmrc_emoticons.8) turn polenta onto chopping board and cut into fingers. Place on baking tray and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    9) place into oven and cook for 12mins or until cheese has melted and golden brown.

    Serve warm.

Tip

You can substitute rosemary for 40grams of black olives reduce time to 3 sec on step 2.
