can anyone advise if this salad can be made in advance?
A lovely, tasty and colourful salad. I took the advice of cutting down the oil and vinegar. It was perfect
Great salad. I didn't have radishes so used broccoli and a couple red peppers and half the oil. Had it for lunch with some tuna mixed in. Thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe.
Delish! Next time I'll reduce the vinegar, but is is a really yum and healthy recipe.
I loved this salad, used pear instead of apple and less oil also. Yum
This was my first salad and I was super impressed! I halved the oil ( 120 Ml is excessive ) and accidentally doubled the tahini. It was fabulous ! : even the leftovers got 5 stars
I agree, I did half the oil and vinegar. But I do think it needs raisins / sultanas to add another dimension to the flavour.
I really enjoy this salad. I frequently put beeroot in place of radish. I also use minimal oil, less red wine vinegar and omit the sultanas/raisins.
