Delicious! Bake for 8-10 mins at 125°C for the perfect crunch!

Very tasty, are the noodles supposed to be crunchy?
I just made this! I didn't have chicken soup but I had everything else. I haven't made it for many years & this recipe didn't disappoint!

Polly__Page: A light olive oil is fine.
This was a fail for me but that’s because I didn’t have some of the ingredients. I used peanut oil, I had mustard out on bench but still forgot to use it and I didn’t have the cream of chicken soup so I used Chicken noodle soup packet mix. It took all of my Nutri Grain and I had to (un)shell my peanuts myself, so obviously I didn’t use as many as 375g. Maybe it would have been better (for me) without the curry powder and with both peanuts and cashews combined, but I was eating this at 9pm so not good.
Yum, 1st time making this, turned out great, added some garlic powder too, will make again
