The best blinis ever - so much better than bought ones. Great texture and flavour. Very easy to make. I did use more milk and less sour cream than the recipe stated.
I used greek yoghurt in place of sour cream and have frozen them ready to use in 2 days time. Hoping they defrost well which I reckon they will.
can these be made the day before required do they keep well?
I made for cocktail finger food for a staff drinks and they were snapped up. Simple to make and a great result. Thank you.
I made these today and and used gluten free flour for a substitute , they were perfect and good with a small amount of caviar on top with chives
Cobie did you ever try freezing these?
Amazing! Worked perfectly!!
Great easy recipe, turned out perfectly, thank you.
Mine were great. Perfect rising. Maybe your SR flour is stale or got mixed up with plain flour?
These were so easy. The whole family enjoyed them on New Year's Day with a variety of toppings.
