  • 60 grams chia seeds
  • 60 grams Hulled Buckwheat
  • 60 grams dates
  • 60 grams almonds
  • 180 grams SR flour
  • 80 grams Rice Bran Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 level teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste, Optional
  • 130 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 185o and greese tin of choice

    Place buckwheat into Closed lid"Closed lid" and mill for 30secs on 9. Set aside.

    Place Chia seeds into Closed lid"Closed lid" and mill for 30 secs on 9. Add to buckwheat.

    Add Dates and Apricots to Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop 10secs on 7.

    Add Almonds to Closed lid"Closed lid" andd chop for a further 5secs on 7.

    Return grains to Closed lid"Closed lid" and all other ingredients to Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix for 35secs on 6.

    Add to tin and bake for 1hr untill fork comes out clean.
