  • 120 g raw sugar

    Method
  1. preheat oven to 180 C fan forced Add sugar to TM bowl and mill 30seconds / speed 9 place apples into TM Bowl and chop 10 sec on speed 7-8 place all other ingredients into TM Bowl and mix for 40seconds on speed 4-5 pour or spoon batter into greased muffin tray and bake for 25-30min or until golden  

Tip

for a sweeter option sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar before baking

    I really like these muffins, but they always stick to the patty liners. Any suggestions?

    I reduced sugar to 100g. Also, I processed the apples for 3 sec/spd 5 as I like them a little chunkier.

    I found them a little dense. I think I will try them again, but might use another 2x apples (the ones i used were a little small) so it's more 'appley'. Also, will only do them for 1sec/Spd 4 so they're even chunkier again.

    They were still pretty tasty!!

    These are fantastic... I have tried it with coconut milk instead of skim milk and cinnamon sugar on top..... Just fantastic
