Recipe's preparation

    Prepare the Mousse
  1. Put sugar and cocoa powder (to taste) and mill 20 seconds / speed 9 Insert butterfly and add cream, whip for 60-90 seconds / speed 3-4 or until thickened Taste and add more cocoa if needed If adding choc chips - add to bowl and mix 15 sec Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 eat and enjoy!!!

    Hi. I made this one twice and while whipping it didn't thicken. And when it started to It curdled.  Please tell me what I'm doing wrong

     

    i had the same problem wh I made it tonigh, also made it twice and it curdled. Please let me know what I did wrong. Thanks

    We devoured this last night for a quick dessert! Although rather than using cocoa powder we used Cadbury chocolate, melted it for 20-30 seconds then allowed to cool slightly them added cream and butterfly and whipped. Delish!

    what sort of cream are you using? I normally use the cream from aldi or the coles home brand. ive also dont it with pouring cream as well
