Ingredients

BANANA BREAD

  • 225 grams S R Flour
  • 70 grams caster sugar
  • 110 grams Coconut Sugar or Soft Brown Sugar
  • 1 level tsp cinnamon
  • 1 level teaspoons Vanilla or Salted Caramel Essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large bananas
  • 125 grams coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

    BATTER
  1. Pre-heat oven 170 deg c and line a loaf pan
    Add the eggs, oil, vanilla (or salted caramel essence) and bananas to Thermomix and mix for 20sec/sp6.
    Add the self raising flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, caster sugar and cinnamon to your Thermomix bowl and mix for 10sec/sp 5. Scrape down the sides of your bowl and mix for a further 5sec/sp5.
    Pour into your prepared loaf pan and bake 45 or until skewer comes out clean.
