  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g wheat bran
  • 130 g flour
  • 4 level teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g Butter, cut in pieces
  • 125 g Milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g chocolate chip, optional

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases and turn oven to 200
  2. Weigh 100g butter into bowl and melt 1 minute/ 100 degrees/ speed 4
  3. Add eggs, milk bananas then mix 6 sec/speed 5
  4. Place butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and chocolate chips (if using) into mixing bowl then mix 6 sec/ speed 10
  5. Fill muffin cases with the batter (approx 1/4 cup per case). Bake 14 - 16 minutes. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.

You can make your own paper cases using baking paper
