Sorry ... Didn't work for me.  Wish I had have read these comments first! I used the exact quantities in the recipe and my week old Thermomix didn't cope - even when I took half the mixture out.  I too ended up putting smaller quantities through my old Mix Master.

Made full batch. Thermie was really struggling with the quantity so I ended up taking it out of the Thermie and mixing it more thoroughly in the Kitchenaid. My Thermie is too precious to risk on a batch of biscuits. Nice flavour though. Next time will make a half batch in the Thermie or a full batch in the Kitchenaid. Made 54 biggish bikkies. Happy to bake some now and have a stash in the freezer for later.

This recipie is great. I had 200g condensed milk to use up so searached and decided to make half of this recipie. It worked out great. I added in choc chips and the kids loved them. Not the most healthy recipie around but great for a treat!

Best cookie recipe!!! Love it! Although there was a slight problem.... I couldn't stop eating the dough! I think its a good thing the recipe is so big because my husband and I ate half the cookie dough before it got in the oven tmrc_emoticons.p

I used raw sugar and cut the quantities in half. This made around 50 biscuits, which were fab  tmrc_emoticons.)

Seemed fo make too much batter and my thermie had trouble mixing it. I used raw sugar and am wondering if this was the problem. Ended up taking half batter out and  working in two batches. Tasted fantastic and kids loved them (I put smarties in mine). Next time i might half the recipe from the beginning.
