- 170 grams Cranberries
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 75 grams pistachios

In TM BOwl crush Pistachios on speed 4 for 5 seconds. Place aside.
In TM Bowl blend Tim Tams and cranberries on speed 5-6 for 5-10 seconds.
Blend in cream cheese on Speed 5-6 for 10 seconds.
Roll in Pistachios.
Chill and serve.

Can be made with any flavor Tim Tams with or without fruit and rolled in Coconut!

Made these for a birthday party and rolled half of them in crushed pistachios and left half without. They were quite popular. Thank you for the recipe
These were so yummy...so I will certainly have to make these again.
I just saw the tip and will try the chocolate Tim Tams and roll them in coconut next time....cant wait to do them again...Glad you liked it

I made these at Christmas and they were a huge hit. Everyone loved them.
I used the tip and blended the pistachios with the cranberry's and rolled the balls in green tinted coconut.
Yummy.
