Very tasty and healthy. My girlfriend has a real sweet tooth but is always on a diet. But she cooks with this recipe and loves it.
this turned out amazingly delicious and got inhaled at a Xmas do yesterday. I didn't use Sp1 only the Stir speed, and also didn't use Thermalina to mix the chilli and salt in the last step, did it manually, and had my oven nice and hot on 180C fan-forced, kept a close eye on it after 10mins, but ended up leaving in for 16-18mins. Was bubbling away and started looking quite brown so grabbed it out, let it cool, and it was PERFECT!!! Thanks so much for sharing X
cookingdetails:my nuts crumbled here too. I think next time just a stir through for 8 seconds
Delicious, very moorish. However after reading comments I thought I would cut the reverse time down from 30secs to 15secs. I still ended up with half a crumble. Will try again as it really is yummy.
Delicious, easy. I followed the instructions in the recipe ✅👍🏻 I used raw peanuts with the skins on, they worked.
try for entertaining
Absolutely freaking delicious!!! Taing it to Christmas lunch tomorrow if i manage not to eat it all....
Used ginger beer worked well..yummy
Always love this & turns out perfect every time. Making it for Christmas! Thansk so much for the recipe!

For the love of Thermomix
Total fail for me. Didn’t have enough liquid to make the brittle. Peanuts all crumbled to crumbs. Nothing like in the picture. I followed recipe to a T. Total waste of ingredients 😕
