  • 80 g Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 170 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 280 g SR flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
  • 70 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre Heat the oven to 180 Degrees.

     

    Add two peeled bananas to the TM bowl. "Mash" on speed 4, for 3 seconds. Set aside.

     

    Place butter, sugar & the vanilla extract in the TM bowl. Speed 5, 30 seconds.

     

    Set the TM to 20 seconds, speed 4, and then add the eggs - one at a time. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

     

    Add the mashed bananas, mix on speed 4 for 5 seconds.

     

    Add SR Flour & bi-carb - gentle mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds. Scrape sides of the bowl.

     

    Set the TM to 10 seconds, speed 3 while slowly pouring in the 70g of milk.

     

    Scoop generously heaped tablespoons into cupcake patty pans. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 180 degrees.

    I added a small handful of choc chips and used less sugar. They tasted amazing. Thank you for this recipe. It's my go to when we have ripe banana's.
