  • 125 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar or Rapadura
  • 220 gram water
  • 40 gram cocoa
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 --- eggs
  • 220 gram self-raising flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, sugar, water, cocoa, bicarb, and vanilla to TM bowl and cook at 100 degrees for 4 minutes on speed 4. Then cook at 100 degrees for 30 seconds on speed 1. Watch that it does not boil over!

    Allow to cool for 30 minutes in the TM bowl.

    Add 2 eggs and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.

    Add 220g SR flour and mix on interval speed for 1 minute.

    Pour into 24cm cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

    Either ice with chocolate icing or sprinkle with icing sugar dust and serve.
