- 190 grams plain flour
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 110 grams brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 170 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 125 grams Milk
- 80 grams chocolate chips
Buttercream
- 180 grams Butter
- 450 grams icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Heavy cream or milk

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add flour, sugars, baking powder and salt to the bowl. Turbo approximately 5 times for 1 second to sift.
2. Add butter, vanilla and milk and mix for 30 seconds, speed 4.
3. Add choc chips and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" , 15 seconds, speed 3. Or fold through by hand with a spatula.
4. Divide evenly between pattypans (should make approximately 15) and bake in 180 degree preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Add butter and icing sugar and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 2 minutes.
Add cream/milk and vanilla and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 3 minutes.

tasty but needs less butter or more flour mine when cooked kind of reminded me of cookie dough
