Hi abondigirl,
I am so glad you enjoyed this recipe, I know it always goes down a treat when I serve it up. It is lovely served warm as a decadent desert with some double thick cream or once it has cooled with a cup of tea.

These are fantastic! I omitted the cheese buttons on the top and had fun swirling the layers together. Wonderfully light and fluffy and so quick to make and bake. I heated up 1 cup of milk at 100C for 5 minutes to make a cup of hot chocolate after the brownie slice was made and to clean the thermie. Definitely will be making this one regularly, thank you so much
I hadn't made this for a long time but today was the day as I had guests for afternoon tea.......it went down a treat with a nice coffee!
