Ingredients

Raw Choc Coconut Balls

  • 130 grams pitted dates, (1 cup)
  • 50 grams walnuts, (1/2 cup)
  • 75 grams almonds, (1/2 cup)
  • 20 grams raw cacao powder, (1/3 cup)
  • 65 grams coconut oil, (1/3 cup)
  • 20 grams Shredded coconut, (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Desiccated Coconut, for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Instructions:
  1. Soak dates in a small bowl covered in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Add nuts, cacao, shredded coconut, coconut oil and chia seeds to the TM bowl and mix 8 seconds/speed 8.

  3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add dates (drained from boiling water).

    Mix for 5 seconds/speed 8.

  4. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.

  5. Roll mixture into tablespoon-size balls and roll in the desiccated coconut.

     

  6. Keep balls in the refridgerator.
