  3. Add fresh tomatoes and chop on speed 6 for 5 seconds.

  7. Serve on a bed of corn chips topped with cheese.

Place under the grill until cheese has melted, and top with sour cream and guacamole!

Tip

I brown my mince first in a frypan as I like it chunky. You could also leave it out and have a vegetarian sauce.

You could always add the mince in raw while the sauce is cooking but it may need further cooking time and it will be a very fine consistency.

This was perfect with a few modifications made after reading the comments.
Used tin tomato, capsicum, chilli flakes, 80g paste, and black beans.
    Unfortunately no leftovers...

Have made this nachos quite a few times. Always happy with it. As a previous comment at step 4 I put the mince in the basket and cook for 10 minutes and then tip into the bowl and cook for another 10 mins on rev.

Loved this recipe. Though i made mine in a TM5. It was a bit watery but i added some cornflour and it came around. Very happy

Flavour great but too watery. Made tonight with a variety of fresh tomatoes. That may be the reason it was very watery. Way too thin for our palate, even after adding cornflour & beans, cooking for an extra 10 minutes. Flavour was great though, so will play around with the water quantity next time.
