- 2 carrots, sliced in thin discs
- 150 grams broccoli florets, small
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 80 grams Red Thai curry paste, or more if you like it spicier
- 100 grams Rice Vermicelli Noodles

Place noodles in a bowl and cover with cold water. Sit aside until curry is cooked
Add curry paste and 60g of the coconut milk to the bowl and cook for 2 mins/varoma/speed 1
Add the remaining coconut milk and cook for 6 mins/100 deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
Add the chicken breast and cook for 8 mins/100 deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Add the carrot and broccoli and cook for 15 mins/100 deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
Drain the rice vermicelli noodles and place in a dish or thermoserver
Pour cooked curry over the noodles and stir together. Serve when desired
