Ingredients

Brownies

  • 125 grams Butter, cubed
  • 125 grams Dark cooking chocolate, in pieces
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams plain flour
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 250 grams light spreadable philadelphia cheese
  • 55 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg, extra

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, chocolate and brown sugar to the bowl and melt on 60deg, speed 2, 4 mins

  2. Once cooled, add 3 eggs and mix for 3 secs, speed 3

  3. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix 10 secs, speed 4

    Pour into greased and lined slice tin

  4. Clean and dry TM bowl

  5. Add philadelphia cheese, caster sugar and extra egg and mix for 30 secs, speed 5

  6. Spoon randomly over chocolate mixture and swirl with the tip of a knife

  7. Bake for 30-40 mins in a 180 degree oven until cooked through

    Allow to cool and slice into squares
