    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I didn't have any cherry ripes so I added a packet of glace cherries, and a few pieces of chocolate melts. Turned out beautifully.

yummy as, as very hot here I put the chocolate and condensed milk in fridge, worked a treat and a lot  easy to roll, as first lot got sloppy due to heat. Might try just tim tam biscuits next time and no cocoa.

Very nice.  I didn't have a full tin of condensed milk, but still turned out yum!  I prefer these, than to other recipes that use cream cheese instead of condensed milk.

I used 395g of condensed milk and my thermomix  motor over heated as the blades got jammed in the mixture. I thought this was a bit odd. It still managed to mix all ingredients before it would no longer work so i still could make the balls and everyone at work loved them !

Don't know where I went wrong however this recipe didn't work for me as it was so runny I couldn't form balls.   However it did become a very nice fudge style icing for some muffins and biscuits which was enjoyed by many.   Thank you

I made the Cherry ripe balls up, easy as, also added a handful of Almonds when chopping the cherry ripes up.
