I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

    Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

Grease dariole moulds with butter and then coat with cocoa powder well to prevent cake from sticking. (you can use ramekins if you don't have dariole moulds)

Add chocolate (200 grams) and butter (200 grams) in the Thermomix for 5 Min/45C/Speed 2. Make sure all chocolate is melted, if not give it another minute then put aside into a separate bowl.

    Insert the butterfly

Without washing bowl add caster sugar (100 grams)

    Add the eggs (4) and egg yolks(4) and then 3 1/2 minutes/40 degrees/speed 4

Then speed 2 and very slowly add the melted chocolate through the MC hole.

Once the chocolate is mixed keep beating slowly add the plain flour through the MC hole again.

    Mix until just incorporated.

Put into prepared dariole moulds and bake in oven for 8 minutes. (don't leave in oven for longer than 10 minutes or you will 'cook the lava')..

Serve immediately with ice cream and berries.

I think the dessert needs some kind of tartness to compliment the richness of the cake - hence the berries. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Made this for dessert tonight. Taste is amazing!! I cooked it for 8 minutes but it didnt hold shape. Cooked the others for 10 minutes but I still don't think it was long enough. Will have to play with my oven .They definitely needed longer. Also the sugar isn't included in the instructions but in the ingredient list. I added when I added the flour.

This is the best, I have made this several times, I just did the 4 eggs as first time I made it that's all I had. Worked perfectly so have just stuck with the 4 eggs. So yummy
