Base

  • 250 g Butter
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 90 g dessicated coconut
  • 30 g raw cacao powder

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 50 g raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 200 g dessicated coconut
  • 50 g Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees
  2. Line a 32 x 23 tin with baking paper
  3. Add butter and brown sugar to bowl Closed lid"Closed lid"
    Blend"Blend" one minute speed 4
  4. Add remaining base ingredients Closed lid"Closed lid"
    Blend"Blend" 20 seconds speed 4, scrape down side and repeat for a few seconds if neccessary
  5. press into in and bake for 20min or until golden, continue onto topping
  6. Topping
  7. Without cleaning the bowl, add all topping ingredients Closed lid"Closed lid"
    Blend"Blend" 20 seconds speed 4, scrap down sides and repeat.
  8. Spread topping over base straight out of the oven, a pallette knife works well that has been dipped in hot water.
    Refridgerate until set. Cut into pieces. Freezes well
