- 250 g Butter
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 g grated coconut

Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Place sugar in mixing bowl and mill 10s on speed 10 and set aside.
Place roughly chopped butter and chocolate broken into pieces in mixing bowl and melt on 50deg, speed 3 for 5 minutes. Extend if not entirely melted.
Add remaining ingredients, including reserved sugar, and combine for 30s on speed 3.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Tip
Use the spatula through the lid at step 4 to help combining ingredients.
Serve with home-made vanilla ice-cream.
