  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 400 g cooked rice
  • 8 Large Cabbage Leaves
  • 500 g water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place diced pork in Closed lid"Closed lid" .

    Mince for 10-12s on speed 6.

  2. Add olive oil and vegetable stock.

    Place lid on

    Place cabbage leaves in Varoma dish and Varoma tray.

    Place Varoma into position.

    Cook for 10 minutes on Varoma temparature on speed Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .

  3. Carefully remove Varoma and set aside.

    Add rice in Closed lid"Closed lid" .

    Mix for 30 on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" and speed 2.

  4. Carefully add the prepare mixture in cabbage leaves and roll them (The cabbage leaves should be just soft enough to roll).

    Place the rolls in Varoma dish and Varoma tray.

    Place water into Closed lid"Closed lid" .

    Place Varoma into position.

    Steam the rolls for 10 minutes at Varoma temperature speed 2.

Tip

Do no wash the bowl after cooking the meat, just add the water to steam the rolls!

Serve with tomato sauce or make your and steam the rolls while it is cooking! 

If your rolls do not hold, just use a toothpick to keep it together!
