- 65 g raw sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 80 g Peanut Butter
- 140 g honey
- 180 g rice flour
- 75 g Quinoa flakes
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 35 g pepitas
- 35 g sunflower seeds

Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, honey and vanilla on speed 5 30 seconds
Add in all remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds speed 5, reverse
Roll into 1tblspn balls and place on greased & lined baking tray
Bake 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees C until crisp & golden. Cool 5 minutes on trays before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
