Ingredients

Dried apricot, coconut and almond slice

  • 250 grams plain sweet biscuits
  • 180 grams dried apricots
  • 60 grams almonds
  • 125 grams Butter
  • dash vanilla essence
  • 50 grams Shredded coconut, =3/4 cup
  • 190 grams choc chips, =1 cup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a regular sized slice tin.
    1. Crush biscuits sp5/10-15 seconds and set aside.
    2. Without rinsing Closed lid"Closed lid" , chop apricots sp5/10 seconds. Set aside.
    3. Without rinsing Closed lid"Closed lid" , chop almonds sp5/10-15 seconds. Set aside.
    4. Add chopped butter, melt 60°C/sp3/5 minutes, or until melted.
    5. Return crushed biscuits, sp3/20 seconds.
    6. Press into the prepared tin.
    7. Sprinkle with apricots, almonds, coconut and chocolate chips.
    8. Drizzle with can of milk.
    9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and set.

Tip

Absolutely delicious.
Take care when baking. It can burn quickly. Reduce temp if neccessary.
