Recipe's preparation

    Step 1.
  1. Place 2 packets Chocolate ripple biscuits into TM Bowl. Mix on speed 5 for 7 seconds. Set aside into a dry clean bowl.

  2. Step 2.
  3. Place 120grams xxx mints into TM Bowl. Mix on speed 8 for 4-5 seconds, until in small chunks (not powder). Set aside into the bowl with chocolate ripple biscuits.

  4. Step 3.
  5. Place condensed milk and butter into TM Bowl (you do not need to clean the bowl). Set 3 minutes/ temp 80/ speed 2.

  6. Step 4.
  7. Add biscuit mint crumb mix back into TM with melted butter mixture. Set on 5 seconds speed 4. Tip out into a small slice tin and place into fridge until set firm or alternatively you can roll into balls (will take approx 3-4 hours).

Tip

This slice is nice with melted chocolate on top, however i like it how it is as it is not as rich.

You do not need to place this into a slice tin, alternatively you can roll into balls and place in the fridge.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This slice is so easy, quick and my husbands favorite. I drizzle melted chocolate over the top and on a special occasion top with walnuts.
