  • 50 g dried apples
  • 20 g Cranberries
  • 20 g blueberries
  • 20 g sultanas
  • 20 g linseed
  • 30 g Pepita Seeds
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 40 g Cashews
  • 40 g almonds
  • 100 g honey
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 50 g chocolate chip
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 20 g almond meal

Recipe's preparation

    Muesli bars
  1. Preheat oven 180deg
    Use a silicone bar mould to place muesli bar mixture into
    Place pepita seeds, dried apple, sunflower seeds into bowl and chop 12sec, sp 6
    Add nuts, fruit and choc chips, then remove from bowl and set aside.
    Melt coconut oil,honey, vanilla, cinnamon together for 2 min, 50deg sp 2.
    Add oats, almond meal and fruit and nut mix back to bowl and mix 3 min, rev sp1. Divide mixture into silicone bar mould
    Bake for 15 min or until just golden
    Leave mixture in bar mould to cool.
    Once cooled place in fridge or can be frozen for a later lunch snack.

Tip

I keep mine in the fridge in an airtight container. Can also be frozen for later.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
