- 500 grams all purpose flour, sifted
- 150 grams Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 300 grams Ghee, room temperature
- 40 small pieces pistachio nut, halved
- 3 drops vanilla essence

- Add sugar, vanilla and ghee into "Closed lid" and "Counter-clockwise operation" for 10-15 sec speed 5 until creamy
- Add flour and "Dough mode" for 5 mins till dough is amalgamated
- Chill for 25 mins
- Shape into small balls and place on baking tray
- Gently place pistachio halves on top without flattening dough
- Place in middle rack of an oven at 170 C.
- Bring out of oven and leave to cool to room temperature before sampling

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
