  • 220 g Butter, Cubed
  • 240 g sugar
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 155 g flour
  • 75 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 285 g rolled oats

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. Line 3 baking trays with bakers paper and set aside
    2. Place butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla to bowl and mix 2 min/speed 3.
    3. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, coconut and oats and mix 40 sec/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4.
    4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking trays. Bake at 180 Celsius for 8-10 min, or until light brown. Cool slightly before removing from tray.

    Nice tasting biscuits, simple to make - but way too sweet for my liking. I will reduce the sugar by 1/3 next time. Thanks for sharing.
