Grandma Nichol's Oatmeal Drop Cookies22
- 220 g Butter, Cubed
- 240 g sugar
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 155 g flour
- 75 g Desiccated Coconut
- 285 g rolled oats

- 1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. Line 3 baking trays with bakers paper and set aside
2. Place butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla to bowl and mix 2 min/speed 3.
3. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, coconut and oats and mix 40 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking trays. Bake at 180 Celsius for 8-10 min, or until light brown. Cool slightly before removing from tray.
