Awesome, easy, yummy
Does anyone know if these freeze well. Have just put a batch in the oven and would like to have a few bars for the kids lunchboxes next week.
I didnt have any sultanas so I used chopped dates and two chopped fresh apples. delicious variation!
Great recipe! kids and hubby loved them.
I made these bars using rapadura sugar and spelt flour. They were very tasty but I would probably use less sugar next time. Thanks for posting the recipe, I'll be making them again!

Yummm
YUM! My first mouthful of the mixture took me back to my Mum's cooking! It's currently in the oven baking, I can't wait to taste the finished product! I'd probably cut down on the sugar next time, it's too sweet for me!
that sounds like a great idea! i'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to mix up the ingredients a little for some variation too
thanks for the recipe!
