So lovely, but I put only 100g of sugar and more ice its still abit sweet. Think I may put 50g next time, this recipe is a big hit!!!

YUMMY! I added some more ice to thicken it up a little & took it for dessert to a friends BBQ and everyone LOVED it. I wasn't sure how it would be by serving time as I transport in a sealed container and popped in their freezer for a couple of hours.... but it still came out perfect! tmrc_emoticons.)

Best sorbet i have tasted!Very sweet so next time i would reduce the sugar and add some more ice. I also used coconut cream instead of milk and lime zest instead of the kaffir leaf.

I put in a third of the amount of sugar in it and found the sorbet to be sweet enough for us! We have substaintially reduced the amount of sugar in our diets after doing the I quit sugar program.

This is by far one of the best sorbets around. I have used this at the request of the host at my demos quite a few time.  YUMMO  tmrc_emoticons.)  tmrc_emoticons.)

Nice flavour. Very runny consistency though, had to add a lot more ice
