  • 350 g self-raising flour, Gluten Free
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 250 g Nuttelex, Dairy free butter of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C Line a baking tray with baking paper and set asdie
  2. Place self-rasing flour (GF), caster sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla into mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 6.
  3. Scrap down slides, and Mix 20 sec/speed 6. Mix into a stiff paste.
  4. Take small pieces of mixture and roll into balls. Place onto trays.
  5. make a hollow in each with the floured end of a wooden spoon.
  6. Place a little jam of your choice in each biscuit.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven 180 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving or storing in a sealable container

Tip

Use your own Thermomix jam to make these extra special. Make your jam according to what fruit is in season. I have used Kiwi fruit jam for this recipe. Freeze the extra dough and bake fresh jam drops when needed.
