Love these biscuits and they are a big fav of hubby's. Thanks for sharing
Having read the comments above, I decided to add 15g more of each flour and didn't have the spreading issue others had. The recipe was delicious and my family of Anzac biscuit connoisseurs loved them!
Yummy
Great biscuits.... Doubled the mixture, needed speed 4 to mix Cook really quick
I didnt have enough butter tonight so I used 90g butter and 35g oil. My kids love these and wanted to cut back on the sugar so used 50g raw sugar and 50 g rapuara and they came out perfect still
These were awesome. Exactly how we like our Anzac biscuits, chewy and delicious! So easy and perfect! They spread a fair bit so make sure you do small spoonfuls or leave lots of space between them. Thanks for the recipe.
These are delicious! Easiest I've ever made and by far the tastiest!
Great recipe, extremely easy to understand, follow, and EAT, lol!!!!!!!
These were very tasty and chewy, and I originally thought that they spread a little more than we like but once cool they were great! They were a bit like ANZAC snaps! Thanks for sharing
